Anna Bell Ragsdale died Dec.1 at her residence. She was born in Columbia and was 88 years old.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Opal Pike Ragsdale; and son, Isom Baker.

Memorial donations are suggested to the Liberty Hill Cemetery

She is survived by sons: Shane Maxwell of Ethridge, Paul Ragsdale, Gary Ragsdale, Zorro Ragsdale, all of Columbia, and Ray Ragsdale and wife Eileen of Ethridge; daughters: Sherry Haynes of Ethridge, Marilyn Ragsdale of Columbia, Helen Anderson of Mt. Pleasant and Starlett Ragsdale of Columbia; 10 grandchildren; and numerous other family and friends.

Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Annie Bell Ragsdale.
