Eula Burton at 88 years of age died February 27, 2022 at AHC Meadowbrook Nursing Home. Eula became suddenly ill, was hospitalized and subsequently passed a few days after being transferred to Meadowbrook Nursing Home.

Graveside services will be held by her Nashville, TN family on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 3:00pm at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN 37204. Follow the orange arrows. 

Eula was educated in the Giles County, TN school system. She eventually lived in Davidson County, met and married the love of her life, Robert Lee Burton in their young adulthood. They lived a military life for many years. She worked as a cook most of her professional life, retiring from that profession while at Tennessee State University. During the summers, she was also a Lead Cook for a girl's camp in Lebanon, TN. Later in life, Eula became a member of First Baptist Church South Inglewood in Nashville, TN where she remained a committed member of the Senior Usher's Ministry until she moved back to Pulaski to happily live the rest of her life.

She leaves to cherish memories of her, William Jenkins (Jeanine) of Houston, TX; Valerie Jenkins of Pulaski, TN; Michael Hayes (Karmel) of Boston, MA; Bobby Hayes of Pulaski, TN; Walretta (Lonnie Chandler) of Nashville, TN; Nancy (Othe) Kendrick of Nashville, TN; and a host of other relatives and friends.
