Millard Glinford Burgess, age 97 of Prospect, died Saturday March 12th, at his home. He was born in Lauderdale, Alabama, retired from Brown’s Car Center, an Army Veteran of WWII, and a member of the American Legion, Veterans Aliance, and VFW.

Visitation will be Wednesday March 16th from 11-2pm at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with Services to follow at 2pm.

Burial will be in Giles Memory Gardens.

Survivors include his daughter, Brenda Beddinfield of Pulaski, sister, Frances Gatlin of Goodspring, 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and eleven nieces and nephews.

Carr & Erwin Funeral home is in charge of the arrangements for Millard Glinford Burgess.
