Tommy Barnett died Wednesday, March 9th, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He was born in Pulaski, and was 70 years old. He was an employee at Gabriel and umpired little league baseball. He was an active deacon at Wales Baptist and a member of The Gospel Music Association.
Visitation will be held Saturday, March 12th, from 11:00am to 2:00pm at Wales Baptist Church.
Services will follow at 2:00pm at Wales Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Giles Memory Gardens.
In Lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
Survivors include His wife, Martha Barnett of Pulaski, Daughter, Leigh Ann and husband Nathan Peterson of Pulaski, Son, Jason and wife Messina Barnett of Pulaski, 2 Grandsons, Sister, Mary Jane and husband Roger Hardin of Athens, and several other family members and friends.
