William Douglas Rodgers, age 69 of Petersburg, died Wednesday February 9th at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. He was born in Virginia, was a United States Marine, and retired from the Army National Guard.

Graveside Services will be held 3pm Saturday March 12th at Pisgah Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife Charlotte Carol Rodgers, son Billy Rodgers, daughter Beth Hunt all of Petersburg, step daughters Ginny Partan and husband Christian of Huntsville, Terri Snodgrass of Pulaski, sister Edna Black and husband Richard of Virginia, 4 grandchildren 5 step grandchildren, and six step great grandchildren.

Carr & Erwin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for William Douglas Rodgers.
