Phillip Eugene Johnson, age 65 of Pulaski, died Monday February 14th at his home. Phillip was born in Louisville.
Visitation will be from 4pm to 8pm Friday February 18th at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be 11am Saturday February 19th at Lynnwood Cemetery.
Burial will be in Lynnwood Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife Lesa Johnson of Pulaski, son Tyson Johnson of Nashville, daughter Brittiany Tate and husband Dwayne of Pulaski, brother Bruce Johnson of Campbellsville, sister Diane O’Barr of Summertown, 5 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Carr & Erwin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Phillip Eugene Johnson.
