Janice Blade, age 68, died Friday, December 10th at her home. She was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Dustin and wife April Blade and Payton and wife Brandy Blade, two brothers, Steve Hasting and Stanley Hasting, three sisters, Portia Jackson, Wilma Willis and Pam Belcher, and four grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Sunday, December 12th at 10:00 a.m. at Hasting Cemetery with Gary Turner officiating.

Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Janice Blade.
