Mr. Taft “BUDDY” Smith, Jr, age 66, died on Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2021, at Maury Regional Medical Center, Columbia, TN.

The family will receive friends on Saturdy, Dec. 11 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Phoenix Chapel Church, Prospect, TN, the funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. with burial following in the Phoenix Chapel Cemetery,

Survivors include his wife, Debra Smith, one son, Justin Smith, two brothers , Otha Dean Smith and Michael Smith and wife, Clara, sisters, Lauran Crook, Beverly Brown, and Alice Tibbs, And a host of other relatives and friends.
