Edna Ruth Harwell, age 91, died Sunday, November 14th . She was a Pulaski native, lifelong member of the Presbyterian Church, manager of the Sears catalog store in Fayetteville. She served as an elder, choir member, teacher and mentor, moderator of the Presbyterian Women, member of the Spiritual Care Ministry, and spearhead of the angel tree ministry. She was a volunteer at the Giles County Help Center, member of the Business and Professional Women’s Club, a Pink Lady hospital volunteer and was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 16th from 4:00 until 7:00pm in chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory, and from 1:00 until 2:00pm on Wednesday, November 17th, 2021 at First Presbyterian Church.
Services will be Wednesday, November, 17th at 2:00pm at First Presbyterian Church.
Burial will be in Giles Memory Garden
Memorial donations are suggested to the American Cancer Society and The Giles County Help Center
Survivors include a Daughter, Frances Kay Green, 1 Granddaughter, 2 Great-grandchildren, and
Many nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends also survive.
