Margaret Long Bass died November 4th. She was born in Giles County. She was an honor graduate of Giles County High School, and a clothing designer. She was involved in Girl Scouts, Children’s Day, the Children’s Ministry, and an award-winning amateur photographer.

 

Survivors include her children, Edward E. Bass and wife Joan, Betsy Bass Miller and husband Bob, Linda Bass Wolf and husband Ron, and Mary Elizabeth Harper and husband Matt, 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, sisters Esterlene Green and husband Robert, Mary Garner, Fay Gowan, and Joy Sulcer and husband Pat, several other family members and friends survive,

 

Graveside services will be held at Maplewood Cemetery, Saturday, November 6th at 1:00.

 

The family requests that all attendants wear a mask.

 

In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the Margaret & Horace Bass Scholarship Fund at the University of Tennessee Southern in Pulaski, Miriam’s Promise, or Belle Meade United Methodist Church.
