On Saturday, September 25, Marguerite A. Gaudette, affectionately known as "Memé", age 80, of Pulaski, TN, left this world after an extended illness to be with her heavenly Father. She was born February 15, 1941, in Madawaska, Maine to Conrad and Albertine Albert. At the age of 71, she was presented with a birth certificate and learned her actual birthplace was Edmundston, New Brunswick, Canada. She was reared, along with her six brothers and sisters, in Hartford, CT. When Fafnir Bearings opened a new plant in 1975, she, and husband Gerry, packed their four kids and sheepdog Panda into the family station wagon and made the 1100-mile trip an adventure to make Pulaski their new home.

Mrs. Gaudette professed her faith in Christ at the Church of St. Lawrence O' Toole in Hartford, CT and was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Pulaski. Marguerite attended the New England School of Hair Dressing in Hartford, CT. In addition to raising four children full-time, she spent many years working at Catos and Tommy's Jewels and was known for her honesty and skill as a salesperson. Marguerite loved to travel, shop and will be remembered for her enjoyment of good food, desserts and her ability to make us laugh with her comments on any given subject. She was a talented seamstress, an excellent cook and loved to be spoiled by her children.

She is predeceased by her husband and one true love of her life, Gerard (Gerry) Gaudette; parents, Conrad and Albertine Albert; Paul and Eva Gaudette, devoted sister Catherine (Kay) A. Burns, sisters Jeannine Michaud and Patricia Wadsworth, and brother-in-law Edward Wadsworth.

Marguerite is survived by her son Paul and wife (Tammy) Gaudette, daughter Denise (Andy) Grisham, all of Pulaski, TN, daughter Dawn (Don Ward), Juneau, AK and daughter Nicole (Michael) Moore, Lynnville, TN; grandchildren Heath (Anna) Gaudette, Spring Hill, TN, Lauren Gaudette, Brooklyn Gaudette (fiancée Chase Brewer) all of Minor Hill, TN, Briley Gaudette, Hermitage, TN, Dale (Amanda) Inman, Columbia, TN, Andrew Inman, Ethridge, TN, Tristan Fralix (fiancée Trevor Park), Blake (April) Grisham and Blair (Kevin) Burlison, all of Pulaski, TN, Brandon Moore and Kathryn Moore, Lynnville, TN; great-grandchildren Kaylee and Cavan Fralix, Cooper Inman, Kade Kimbrough, Everett Brewer, Emilee Rae Grisham, Aydan and Allisan Burlison, and Aiden and Hadley Vaughn; brother Arthur (Ruth) Albert Ocala, FL, brother Daniel (Lois) Albert, Hebron, CT, and sister Connie (Val) Nichols of Bay Harbor Islands, FL; sister-in-law Pauline Holmes, Enfield, CT; brothers-in-law, Normand Gaudette (Sandy), Dublin, TX, Bill Gaudette (Paula), Calabash, NC; and several nieces and nephews.
