Donna Kay Martin, age 62, died September 15th at her home. She was born in Pulaski, and retired from Frito Lay.

Visitation will begin at 5:30 PM Wednesday, September 22nd until the time of the service at 6:30 PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband, Barry Martin, of Pulaski, son, Dylan Freemon and wife Desiree, of Pulaski, brothers, Richard Helton, of Pulaski, Tommy Helton, of Pulaski, and 2 grandchildren.

Carr & Erwin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Donna Kay Martin.
