Julia Ellene Jones, age 86, passed away at her home on Monday, August 23, 2021.

She was born in Pulaski, TN on November 17, 1934, retired from South Side Elementary School and a seamstress, member of Minnow Branch Baptist Church, she was preceded in death by her parents, William and Ellene Cheek Deane, her husband, Billy C. Jones, daughter, Cheryl Pierce, son in law, Perry Pierce and great granddaughter, Rebecca Jones.

Visitation will be on Thursday, August 26, 2021, from 4PM to 8PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be on Friday, August 27, 2021, at 1:00 PM, at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial to follow in New Zion Cemetery.

Survivors are:  sons, Donnie Jones and Mary, Pulaski, Kenneth Jones and Sandy, Pulaski, daughter, Diane Thompson and Johnny, Pulaski, special friend, Kathleen Tucker and Dwight, Pulaski, 9 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 12 great -great grandchildren.
