Martha Ruth Jones, a longtime resident of Lynnville, died Saturday at NHC of Pulaski. She was born in Giles County and was 82 years old.

She was a member of the Richland Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with James Nave and Rick Bilyeu officiating. Burial will be in Lynnwood Cemetery.

She is survived by her sons: Buford Edward and wife Debbie of Theta, Robert Allen and wife Jennie of Lynnville and Charles Alton and wife Angela of Glendale; daughter, Willa Ruth Alexander of Lynnville; special friend, Mary Daniels of Pulaski; 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
