James Edward Cook Sr. of Millington, died Monday. He was born in Pulaski and was 88 years old.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon, Thursday, at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.

Funeral services will follow visitation Thursday in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Johnathan Burns officiating Burial will be in Mt. Moriah Cemetery.

He is survived by his daughter, Susan Norman and husband James of Somerville; sister, Connie Dixon of Pulaski; two granddaughters; one grandson; 7 great-grandchildren; and special caregivers: Therese Lewis-Matute and Anthony Matute.
