Beulah Mai Scales Arney of Pulaski died Monday in Murfreesboro.  She was born in Nashville and was 92 years old.

From the Welcome Wagon to providing transportation to numerous people in Giles County, she loved to help others and visit with people. She was a member of the First Methodist Church, Pulaski.

Visitation will be held tomorrow (Wednesday) from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.

The funeral service will follow visitation at 1 o'clock in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Mark Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.

She is survived by her son, Joe Ben Arney and wife Joan of Murfreesboro; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
