Wilma Newton Pierce died Wednesday at Southern Tennessee Regional health System, Pulaski. She was born in the Beech Hill community and was 90 years old.

She was retired as an employee in the Giles County Courthouse and a member of Odd Fellows Hall Church of Christ.

Visitation will be tomorrow from 4-8 p.m. at Carr and Erwin Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, at Carr and Erwin Funeral Home. Burial will be in Johns Cemetery.

Survivors include her sons: Raymond Pierce and wife Brenda, and Randy Pierce and wife Lynn, all of Pulaski; daughter, Alice Foster and husband Wayne of Pulaski; brothers: Clarence Newton, Thurman Newton, both of Pulaski, and Porter Newton of Lawrenceburg; sister, Velma Mitchell of Pulaski; 4 grandchildren; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; 1 step-grandchild; and 2 step great-grandchildren.
