An Ohio woman has been charged with TennCare fraud for the second time in five months.


According to the Office of Inspector General 47-year-old Lori Fiss was first arrested in December 2017 for TennCare fraud in Williamson County. After being on the run for eight months, Fiss was arrested and charged with five counts of TennCare doctor shopping, seven counts prescription drug fraud, and two counts of identity theft.


Fiss was allegedly trying to obtain Oxycodone and Hydrocodone.


Now, Fiss is facing charges in Maury County of doctor shopping in an attempt to obtain Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, and Tramadol via TennCare. Fiss has been transported from Williamson County to Maury County to face the charges.
