The Giles County Sheriff’s Department will be participating in a Drug Take Back event to be held April 28 from 10:00 am. Until 2:00 pm at CVS Pharmacy located on West College St. in Pulaski.


If you have any old prescription medications you would like to dispose of bring them in that day with no questions asked.


Sheriff Helton Thanks the public for their participation and said we have been involved with this for eight years now, and with the communities support we have removed several thousand pounds of prescription medications from Giles County alone.


If you are unable to attend this Drug Take Back event the Sheriff’s office has a pill take back container in the lobby that is open from 7:00 am-5:00pm Monday thru Friday.


Just bring your unwanted medication and drop them in the container located in the Sheriff’s lobby at 200 Thomas Gatlin Dr. and they will be disposed of according to law with no questions asked.
