MEMBERS OF THE GILES COUNTY COMMISSION WILL MEET FOR A SPECIAL SESSION ON FRIDAY.  THE PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL SESSION IS TO DISCUSS ALLOWING THE SCHOOL BOARD TO SPEND 1.2 MILLION DOLLARS OUT OF THEIR FUND BALANCE TO BID ON THE TIMKEN BUILDING.  THE MEETING IS SCHEDULED TO BEGIN AT 9 AT THE COUNTY COURTROOM AT THE COURTHOUSE IN PULASKI.
