The Giles County Financial Management Committee Meeting will be held Tuesday, September 26th, 2023 at 9:00am.
Items on the agenda include…Preliminaries, the Pledge, a Prayer, and Approval of Minutes. Then, County Executive Announcements, the Chair’s Business, including, Elect a Chair, the Fund Balance Policy, Timekeeper Software, Ambulance Write-Off Policy, Ambulance Write-Off’s, the Milky Way Lots, Disposal of Assets, and Capital Asset Policy.
The Chair will ensure time for public comment prior to voting on each item of business. Members of public are limited to 5 minutes duration per agenda item.
Then, any Old Business, New Business, the setting of the Next Meeting Date/Time, and Adjournment.
