The Giles County Property Committee Meeting will be held at the Giles County Annex Basement Boardroom, on Monday, September 11th, 2023, at 9 a.m.

On the agenda for the meeting is the preliminaries, the Pledge, Prayer, and the Approval of Minutes.

Then, the County Executive Announcements, the Chair Business, including the Courthouse and Grounds Policy. The Chair will ensure time for public comment prior to voting on each item of business. Members of the public are limited to 5 minutes duration per agenda item.

The meeting will then move on to any Old Business, New Business, and the scheduling of the Next Meeting Date and Time, then Adjournment.
