Giles County Executive Graham Stowe has proclaimed April Donate Life Month.

Each organ donor can give the gift of life to eight people and each tissue donor can improve another 75 lives.

100,000 American men, women, and children are waiting for lifesaving organ transplants, including 3000 Tennesseans.

The most effective way to address this health crisis is to educate and to encourage Tennesseans to commit to registering their decision to be organ, eye, and tissue donors in the Donate Life Tennessee Registry, DonateLifeTN.org, or at their local Driver Services Center.

Giles County, supports saving lives through organ, eye, and tissue donation and encourages you to find out more by calling the Giles County Clerk’s office @ (931)363-1509.
