Giles County High School Bobcat Boys Basketball Head Coach, Nick Campbell has been named the 2023 Class 2A Don Meyer BCAT (BASKETBALL COACHES ASSOCIATION OF TENNESSEE) Coach of the year.

Campbell and Tyler Smith lead the Bobcats to the TSSAA State Playoffs Semi-finals this year and strung together a run of 19 victories in a row.

The award is named in honor of the one of the sport's winningest coaches in history, Don Meyer.
