Buc-ee's, debuted its newest travel center in Athens, Alabama, today, November 21, 2022. Doors are now 24 hours a day to the public.

Located at the southeast corner of I-65 and Huntsville-Brownsferry Road, Buc-ee's Athens is the first Buc-ee's location in North Alabama and the third location in the state. Construction is also underway at the fourth Buc-ee's in Alabama, located in Auburn.

Buc-ee's Athens occupies more than 53,470 square feet and offers 120 fueling positions just outside its store with thousands of snack, meal and drink options for travelers on the go, as well as a state-of-the-art car wash.

The new travel center will also offer the same award-winning restrooms, gas, quality products and excellent service that have won the hearts, trust and business of millions in the South for four decades. Buc-ee's favorites includeTexas barbeque, homemade fudge, Beaver Nuggets, jerky and fresh pastries.
