Lottery Fever has hit…the largest lottery prize in United States history had people crossing state borders for the opportunity to get their tickets.

At HP Max Fuel Express in Ardmore, floods of Alabama residents lined up to buy tickets.

A lone winning ticket for the record $2.04 billion Powerball lottery jackpot was sold in Altadena, California, lottery officials said Tuesday,

making the lucky ticket holder the winner of the largest lottery prize ever.

The ticket was sold at a Joe’s Service Center.

Most players buying tickets are playing the game no matter what the prize money is. And most say if they win they plan to give back to his community.
