Home prices across America have hit all-time highs. Here’s a list of local communities with the fastest-growing home prices near Metro-Huntsville, using data from Zillow. Cities are ranked by 1-year price change as of May 2022.

Checking-in @ 14 is Ardmore, with a 1-year price change of +$38,669, or +21.8%

Checking-in @ 13 is Elkmont, with a 1-year price change of +$39,706, or +22.3%

Checking-in @ 12 is Lester, with a 1-year price change of +$41,337,  or +26.2%

Checking-in @ 11 is Athens, with a 1-year price change of +$45,385, or +21.3%

And Checking-in @ 1 is Owens Cross Roads, with a 1-year price change of +$91,370, or +26.2%.
