Core Ensemble will perform the chamber music theater work “The Courageous Ones,” a piece dedicated to celebrating Hispanic heritage, at Columbia State Community College at noon, Monday, October 2nd in the Cherry Theater.

The event is free and open to the public and is sponsored by the International Education at Columbia State. The Cherry Theater is in the Waymon L. Hickman Building on the Columbia Campus, located at 1665 Hampshire Pike.

David Perez will perform and he will be accompanied by pianist, David Berry. A question and answer discussion will follow the show.

Since 1993, the Core Ensemble has toured in every region of the United States and internationally to Australia, England, Russia, Ukraine and the British Virgin Islands.
