Friends are planning a benefit for the Jeremy and Miranda Robison family for Sunday, July 23rd, in First National Bank's Giles Heritage Theatre.

Miranda Robison was only twenty-four weeks along when she went into labor and their son, Jax, was born. There may be some financial difficulties ahead for the family and all proceeds from the benefit will go to Jeremy and Miranda, said a spokesman.

A live band will perform starting at 1 o'clock. At 2:30 p.m., both a silent and live auction will be held, lasting about a hour. Auctioneer Tommy Ingram is giving his time to announce the live auction.

Baked goods and barbecue sandwiches will be for sale, too.

Wrist bands, with "Fight Jax Fight" printed on them will be sold for $5 at the Pulaski Police Department, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Also, a fund has been set up at First National Bank in Jax's name. Anyone wishing to make a donation to help this family may go to any of the First National locations, including in Ardmore and Athens.

Donations also may be mailed to First National Bank, Attention Stella Brumit, P.O. Box 289, Pulaski, TN 38478 For more information, call Pam Arnell at 638-7131.
