The man accused of killing Loretto native Tiffany Ferguson was indicted Tuesday.

Christopher McLawhorn is accused of breaking into Ferguson's Nashville condo and killing the former UNA nursing graduate in late February.

A grand jury indicted McLawhorn first degree felony murder, first degree premeditated murder, aggravated burglary and two counts of theft of property.

McLawhorn is set to appear in court Aug. 23.
