Item Description Wanted - Foundation Repair I am looking for someone that can do foundation repair. Work is not covered by insurance, so we are willing to pay for supplies in advance and for pay in cash for labor as the work is completed. Several joist are broken/starting to bow. I suspect they will need to be lifted and replaced or rebraced. See picture for details, unfortunately it's a tight space.
