Two motorcycle riders were flown by Air Evac from the scene of an accident yesterday. The accident occurred around 3:00 p.m. yesterday at the intersection of Highway 31 and the Highway 64 bypass.

The incident occurred when an RV driven by Paul Henderson of Amarillo, Texas crashed into a motorcycle driven by Kenneth Edward Miller. Both Miller and his passenger, Tammie Lynn Perry, both Pulaski residents, were airlifted to Vanderbilt Trauma Center where Perry later died as a result of her injuries. Miller’s condition remains unknown. Henderson and his wife Jane, who was also traveling in the RV, were not injured in the crash.

Pulaski Police Department Chief John Dickey says the exact cause of the accident is still being investigated, but there is nothing to suggest drugs or alcohol were involved.
