McNeely Pleads Guilty To Second Degree Murder

Judge Robert Holloway sentenced 23 year old William James McNeely Jr. to serve 25 years in a Tennessee Department of Corrections facility. McNeely pleaded guilty to second degree murder in a 2008 shooting incident.

Pulaski Police say McNeeley, along with Whitley Kathryn Bauer, Joshua Daniel Suyak and Elam James Ferrall, stormed into a Meadowbrook subdivision residence and shot 26 year old Jonathon Hargrove three times. The shooting occurred November 8th, 2008.

The three other suspects are scheduled to appear for a jury trial December 14th .
