Three Arrested on Felony Charges (4/22/2014) - Three people have been arrested on felony charges in Giles County.   The Pulaski Police Department arrested Fayetteville resident Joan Anita Edmiston, 47, Saturday. She is charged with shoplifting and with driving on a revoked, canceled, or suspended license.
